The owner, Clyde Detweiler, guides the client through the entire home building process. From designing your dream home, through the selection process, right up until the key is handed to you.

Continual communication with the client is a priority because this single factor determines a home being built exactly how the homeowner wants it.

Clyde is constantly on the jobsite to guarantee that the tradesmen are correctly completing their jobs. Scheduling the subcontractors is of utmost importance so the home can be finished in a timely manner. He also works closely with the city/county inspectors to ensure that approvals of inspection clear quickly.

Clyde's wife, Lea, guides the client through the difficult task of the selection process (interior/exterior colors, lighting, floors, etc.). She will personally transport the client to the material suppliers to do this.

The goal of this home building experience is to satisfy the client with workmanship, honesty, and the building of their dream home. Both Clyde and Lea personally make sure this happens.
